Purpose

Provide excellent mining and leadership skills to Lion One Metals and its employees.

Key Accountabilities / Activities

• Ensure the drilling plan is understood and followed.
• Supervise and lead day-to-day activities and the development of mining operations.
• Train/mentor others in hard rock underground mining best practices.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings to ensure employees are informed of safety and operational issues.
• Communicate with surveyors, geologists, engineers, and miners regarding drilling and ore recovery.
• Assist with operating equipment when needed.
• Work with the maintenance team to ensure machines are serviced and maintained in proper working order.
