To realize production and maintenance activities with minimum cost and maximum efficiency in line with production plan and in accordance with quality, manufacturing and occupational safety standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead operator and qualified operator’s development and trainings on quality, H&S, operation procedures and instructions. Assess development areas and training needs.
- Make the daily work distribution of the operators to realize the demands from the production planning.
- Ensure that the machine, process and quality assurance work instructions and procedures are followed for quality and efficient production.
- Manage the product changes according to the procedures.
- Perform daily, monthly and yearly maintenance of the production lines, solve the breakdowns and record them in accordance with the related procedures.
