Job Description
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Construction Foreman (residential and/or commercial)
Ability to read drawings and interpret specifications
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong understanding of safety regulations and site procedures
Ability to manage subcontractors and ensure timelines are met
Trade qualification or relevant certification will be an advantage
R300 – 400k with a bit of wiggle room should we be awed
