Foreign Lawyer (Practising Foreign Law)

Job Description & Requirements:

• Provide legal advice to clients in relation to a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, particularly relating to India-related Capital Market transactions, strategic mergers, acquisitions and disposal, private equity transactions, joint ventures and general corporate matters
• Experience in representing issuers and underwriters involving US and international securities transactions and international public and private equity offerings
