Centurion | 6 Month Contractor | Rate: R112.82
Duration: 6 MonthsPurpose of the Role
Maintenance of GMP and Food safety management systems in production plants in accordance with System and retailer requirements.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Control of Food safety records submitted by factories- Verification, signing & filing, including ordering of record forms/books.
- Participate actively in production and manage the Implementation of Procedures (PRP's) on the floor.
- Updating of records and Procedures as required and submit change request to the Snr QAT.
- Accompany regulatory inspectors (Halaal, kosher, GDARD, Hygiene, and DAFF) & participate in external audits as required.
- Compile monthly Food Safety meeting minutes.
