The Food Service Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing operations of the entire food court area. Ensures that the tenants are aligned and compliant with the policies and house rules defined by the company. Regularly examines food court facilities to determine need for repairs or replacement of public area facilities, furniture and equipment. Trains new employees and supervises food service area staff to ensure delivery of service is aligned with company standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree, preferably in any Business-related course.
• At least 3 years' experience in food service management. Experience in food and beverage,

hospitality, and retail an advantage.

• Previous experience in a commercial/mall setting highly preferred.
