Job Description
We are looking for Food Server Staff who is willing to work at Crosswinds Tagaytay.
The Role
- Greeting guests, presenting menus, answering menu/dietary questions, and providing recommendations.
- Recording food/beverage orders accurately and delivering them promptly to tables.
- Cleaning, clearing, and resetting tables throughout the shift to ensure a tidy environment.
- Acting as a liaison between customers and kitchen staff, including communicating special orders or complaints.
- Following food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications
- Vocational graduate, College level or College Graduate are welcome
- At least with 6-months experience as service crew, dining staff or waiter
- Great communication skills
- A happy, friendly personality
- Customer service skills and knowledge
- High level of attention-to-detail
