Server – Duties and Responsibilities
- Greets customers warmly upon entering the establishment and assists them to their tables.
- Presents menus, takes food and beverage orders accurately, and practices suggestive selling in a courteous and non-pushy manner.
- Serves food and beverages promptly following standard serving procedures and the designated queuing system.
- Ensures all orders served are complete, accurate, and meet quality standards.
- Attends to customer inquiries and concerns politely and provides information only when authorized.
- Assists customers throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction and proper restaurant care.
- Coordinates with kitchen staff regarding special requests, follow-ups, and pending orders when needed.
