Food Scientist (Project-Based)

What youll be doing Supporting the development of a product for cats and dogs. Establish product formulation, and related parameters to produces a shelf ready product at ambient temperatures. stablish manufacturing process and flow. Manufacturing pilot batches to test and establish formulation and ma process suitability and functionality. Conducting stability and palpability trials. What youll need BSc or BTech in Food Science, Food Technology or a related field. Minimum 3 years' experience in food product development within a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated experience formulating wet food products, particularly purees or similar semi-solid systems. Strong understanding of ingredient functionality, including hydrocolloids, stabilisers, emulsifiers, preservatives and functional additives Experience conducting laboratory trials, pilot trials and supporting manufacturing scale-up.
