**Sodexo** is seeking a **Food Production Manager** for **Nebraska Medicine Hospital** in **Omaha, NE** The Food Production Manager will oversee catring and general kitchen management for the medical campus. This strategic leader will come with a background in catering and have a proven ability to lead and develop teams in a culinary setting.
**What You'll Do**
+ manage food production for catering and retail food service outlets
+ help implement and standardize all culinary systems and procedures
+ supervise, develop, and mentor frontline staff
+ assist with scheduling and time-keeping
+ ordering and inventory
+ help create menus based on client needs
+ help create interpersonal relationships with clients
