Food & Beverage Operations Oversee the daily operations of restaurants, banquets, bars, and in-room dining. Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining world-class hospitality standards. Monitor service quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation across all F&B outlets. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations. Team Leadership Lead, motivate, and mentor the F&B team to achieve operational excellence. Conduct regular training sessions on service standards, guest handling, and SOPs. Prepare duty rosters and ensure optimum manpower utilization. Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and performance. Wedding & Banquet Operations Plan and execute luxury weddings, destination events, conferences, and social gatherings.
