Qualifications
The Food & Beverage Duty Manager in Cleo will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant and bar operations, leading service periods and supporting the team to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day restaurant and bar operations during shifts
- Ensure exceptional guest service and handle guest feedback professionally
- Supervise, train and motivate front-of-house team members
- Maintain service, presentation and brand standards at all times
- Ensure compliance with OH&S, food safety and responsible service of alcohol requirements
- Support stock control, cash handling and daily reporting
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and hotel teams
- Support with hotel conference and events as required
