Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic F&B Operations Manager to oversee our multi-branch daily operations in Jakarta.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role with a 60% Management / 40% Field Operations split. You will serve as the primary bridge translating strategies, systems, and SOPs from the Head of Operations into real-world execution on the restaurant floor. You will lead, mentor, and nurture front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) heads, ensuring operational excellence, cost control, and high guest satisfaction.
