FM & HVAC Maintenance Supervisor - Lead Operations

Six Construct, a subsidiary of BESIX Group, is seeking an FM & HVAC Supervisor to manage facility operations, maintenance and safety across a Dubai site. You will lead cleaning, landscaping, HVAC upkeep and housekeeping, ensuring high standards and minimal downtime.

You will coordinate with contractors, oversee preventive maintenance of AHUs, chillers, pumps and VRF units, and drive continuous improvement while upholding HSE policies.
