The Floor Technician is responsible for the maintenance, restoration, and appearance of a variety of floor surfaces using industrial floor care equipment. Working Monday through Friday on the second shift (3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.), this role ensures that hard floors, carpets, and upholstered surfaces are cleaned and maintained according to established standards and safety procedures.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform comprehensive floor maintenance and restorative processes for all types of floor surfaces, including hard floors and carpets.
+ Apply proper procedures for hard-surface floor care, including stripping and refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and related techniques.
