Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant floor operations and ensure smooth service flow
Supervise waiters, captains, hosts, and front-of-house staff
Ensure high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
Monitor staff grooming, discipline, attendance, and performance
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for efficient service
Ensure restaurant cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation standards
Manage table reservations, seating arrangements, and guest handling
Assist in staff training and team motivation
