Qualifications

• Completed commercial training and/or equivalent experience in retail is an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in streetwear, footwear, sporting goods, or accessories.
• Strong sales orientation combined with the ability to quickly identify customer needs and respond to them individually.
• Openness to new ideas and a desire for continuous development and improvement of the work environment.
• Strong team and communication skills, along with the ability to handle criticism and resolve conflicts.
