Floor Manager: Luxury Dining & Guest Experience

One&Only The Palm Resort in Dubai seeks a Floor Manager for Casea 101 to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional service.

You will train and supervise the service team, maintain guest relationships, and support management in delivering smooth, five-star experiences.

The successful candidate will have 2–3 years in upscale dining, strong leadership and guest relation skills, and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach.
