The Floor Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, train and supervise the service team, and ensure exceptional service standards and smooth restaurant operations.

Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager and Restaurant Manager, the role involves managing guest relationships, maintaining service quality, and contributing to the resort’s overall success.
