Seeking a hands-on Floor Lead to oversee daily production operations, support machine operators, and help ensure quality, safety, and production goals are met. This role combines leadership responsibilities with direct involvement on the shop floor.
• Lead and support production teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Operate CNC mills and step in to run machines as needed.
• Coordinate workflow to maintain production schedules.
• Troubleshoot machining and production issues.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with quality, engineering, shipping, and management teams.
