About the Role
:As a Floor Layer working on the Cross Keys Homes contract, you will instal, repair and maintain a variety of floor coverings within our properties. This includes fitting vinyl, safety flooring, carpet tiles, laminate, and other flooring materials to a high standard. The Floor Layer is responsible for preparing subfloors, ensuring accurate measurements, and delivering durable, quality finishes that meet customer expectations and contract standards. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a strong focus on health and safety, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service while working respectfully within tenants' homes.
Role Responsibilities:
Install and repair a variety of floor coverings, including vinyl, safety flooring, carpet tiles, and laminate flooring.
