Gofore is a European consultancy that develops software for space missions. Our space team has been active since 1989 and has contributed to missions such as GOCE, Herschel, Planck, PLATO, and LISA.
Your Role
As a flight software engineer you will design, develop, and test flight software using C/C++/Java/Python/Ada. You will participate in continuous integration with DevOps tools, document your work, and support colleagues, customers, and the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Software design and development for mission software.
- Testing and debugging flight software.
- Implementing continuous integration pipelines.
- Preparing technical documentation.
- Providing support to teammates, customers, and sales staff.
Qualifications
- BSc, MSc, or PhD in physics, mathematics, computer science or related field supporting space development.
