- Lead and mentor a team of flight physics engineers, fostering technical excellence and collaboration.
- Hands-on experience in aircraft design/systems integration and development in Flight Physics
- Meet all technical objectives and maintain quality standards
- Interface with systems engineering, design, structures, controls, and test teams to ensure cohesive technical solutions.
- Plan and execute budgets with schedules, resource and cost perspectives
- Provide technical leadership in design reviews, trade studies, and program milestones.

- Master's degree in Aerospace or Space Engineering
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in aircraft design/systems integration and development in Flight Physics
