Flexo Solutions Engineer (Bogotá)

Roles/Responsibilities

• Key participant in the regional Technical Support team - title will be Flexo Solutions Engineer
• Performs remote support via the phone and dedicated tools (as part of escalation process).
• Deliver Proactive services (Preventive Maintenance and Plateroom Audit) at customer sites
• Provides technical consultation to support customer innovation and drive greater business value for customers
• Perform Installations and upgrades of Miraclon FLEXCEL Solutions

• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills in the flexographic prepress and printing industry
