Flexible Senior Client Service Analyst, Corporate Banking

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a dedicated Service Manager to lead on Corporate Cash Management and Trade Finance Online support, delivering onboarding, integration and ongoing client service. You will coordinate with implementation managers and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery for CCM and TFO clients.

You will oversee daily client inquiries, maintain high service levels, and drive satisfaction initiatives while preparing regular reports.
