Responsibilities Greet, smile, and acknowledge customers. Know layout of store to direct customers to products. Store Disciplines & Productivity Opening & closing procedures are followed. Ensure all merchandising principles are always in place and that every item is ticketed. Minimize risk through process compliance Ensure accurate receiving and checking of all store deliveries as per store manual. Ensure accurate stock counts & checking of product expiry dates. Cash handling – assist at point of sale and with cash ups. Requirements Grade 12. Minimum 1 year retail experience. A genuine interest in health and wellness – brand ambassadors. Basic computer literacy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours. Competency Assessment Achieved.
