Job Description
Our client, a Av Manufacturing company, is looking for a Fleet Support Engineer for their Austin, TX location. Responsibilities:
+ The Fleet Support Engineer on the Vehicle Development team will be actively engaged in the operational uptime of our fleet.
+ The ideal candidate will be a technical expert, adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, meticulously documenting troubleshooting processes, and providing real-time support for daily operations.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for real-time escalations for sensor-related fleet issues.
+ Conduct in-depth root cause analysis through comprehensive log review to identify and resolve fleet issues.
+ Develop, update, and maintain a comprehensive troubleshooting guide for technicians, incorporating newly diagnosed faults and their resolutions.
+ Perform hardware bring-up and validation procedures for new sensor components (LiDAR, radar, cameras, etc.). <...
