Job Description
Our client, a Av Manufacturing company, is looking for a Fleet Support Engineer for their Foster City, CA location. Responsibilities:
+ Serve as the primary technical point of contact for real-time escalations across interior and exterior systems, including doors and closures.
+ Diagnose and resolve door and closure faults, isolating mechanical and physical root causes from control-side issues, and validate repairs through functional cycle and fit testing.
+ Conduct root cause analysis that combines physical inspection with log and diagnostic data review to resolve recurring closure, fitment, and cosmetic-to-functional failures.
+ Perform and validate closure calibration, measurement, and component bring-up procedures following mechanical and electrical repairs.
