Fleet Operations Manager

The Fleet Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, performance, and efficiency of Meralco's fleet. The role ensures optimal fleet utilization, operational reliability, and data-driven decision-making through the development of dashboards and analytics, while maintaining high service and operational standards.

• Oversees day-to-day fleet operations, ensuring availability, utilization, and operational efficiency of EV assets.
• Monitors fleet performance, including vehicle uptime, usage, and operational issues.
• Ensure smooth coordination of dispatch, routing, scheduling, and fleet deployment.
• Implements operational procedures to improve service efficiency and reliability.
