Fleet Operations Leader — Safety, CI & ESG

Petron Malaysia Refining & Marketing Bhd is seeking a Logistics Operations Manager to oversee and manage hauler operations while ensuring compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and have at least 3 years of experience in logistics or operations management.

This role requires strong communication and relationship management skills, and knowledge of Operations Integrity Management Systems (POIMS) and Loss Prevention Systems (LPS). The position is based at Kuantan Terminal and involves proactive leadership in emergency situations.
