Fleet Operations Lead — Last-Mile & Mobility

PVH is seeking an Assistant Manager to own the performance of operations across the bicycle and EV fleet and tMart operations in Dubai. You will operate independently, drive compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve fleet efficiency.

Responsibilities include shaping fleet strategy, tracking metrics, enforcing rider protocols, refining SOPs with automation, and leading a high-performing city-level team. This role requires 3-5 years in operations and a Bachelor's degree.
