 What requirements you'll need to be eligible 
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Prior experience in HR operations, employee relations, disciplinary handling, or compliance-related roles will be an advantage.

Strong understanding of misconduct management processes and disciplinary procedures.

Ability to review, validate, and process sensitive case documentation accurately and efficiently.

Experience in handling end-to-end case management, including follow-through until closure (e.g., suspension or termination actions).
