**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
The Fleet Maintenance Foreman is a key position at Jensen Infrastructure. You’ll lead the activities of the fleet maintenance department to ensure that fleet and heavy equipment is available, dependable and safe at all times and you’ll oversee the fleet preventive maintenance (PM) program.
**Reporting to our Fleet Maintenance Manager,** you’ll lead a team of Fleet Maintenance Mechanics. You’ll work with commercial drivers, forklift drivers, dispatch, and plant leadership to ensure on schedule, safe delivery of Jensen products.
A highlight of your day-to-day will include:
+ Leading the activities of the fleet maintenance employees.
+ Troubleshooting employee and fleet maintenance problems and recommending solutions. Assisting drivers with vehicle issues.
