At Miller Group, you will ensure the reliability of our fleet by performing maintenance on light vehicles and heavy equipment, maintaining high safety standards throughout. This position requires a proactive approach to task management, as well as participation in decision-making for outside repairs. • Conduct preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles
• Diagnose mechanical issues during service calls
• Document daily service activities for tracking
• Lead safety initiatives and practices in the shop
