As a Region Manager, you will oversee the performance of clubs, focusing on training staff and implementing processes that guarantee a clean and friendly environment. You will foster a culture of high engagement, address member concerns effectively, and manage club operations to meet financial goals. Frequent travel to various clubs in the GTA, Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax, and Scarborough is required.
