* Performs general power plant, waterway, and substation maintenance work
* Operates and drives all equipment, not classified as heavy equipment at the Hydro Plants. - --- Operates a tugboat for the purpose of removing log debris on the reservoirs, and positioning log booms and bouys
* Operates loaders of ¾ yard capacity or less
