Fiscal Advisor IV

Summary Statement

This is an advanced level fiscal advisor working in
the accounting section of the Delaware Lottery.
Duties include preparing financial statements, and accounting for the
collection of Lottery revenue. The employee
independently performs complex fiscal advisor work with minimal supervision.
Examples of the complexity include work that requires in-depth practical
knowledge of accounting principles, practices and standards to review, resolve
and approve financial transactions, while utilizing computer software and
automated information systems. Work at
this level uses comprehensive financial spreadsheets to perform trend and cost
analysis to make financial projections and recommendations. May review, certify
and approve agency payroll. This level may supervise two or more positions.
