Fire Craft Instructor
The Fire Service College (FSC) is transforming its curriculum to a hybrid delivery model, maximizing the use of its unique assets and facilities while delivering high‑quality theoretical learning. The role supports this transformation by delivering professional teaching and learning across the FSC courses and qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional teaching capability across FSC courses, fire & rescue service qualifications, and wider private sector training.
- Deliver instructor duties, including providing feedback to delegates and, when required, acting as a syndicate lead.
- Ensure health, safety and welfare of learners, colleagues and visitors, and deliver training off‑site at other venues.
- Support the FSC annual delivery plan by seeking opportunities, broadening skills and supporting delivery in specialist areas.
