Chandler –Alarm and Communications is seeking a Fire Alarm Technician responsible for installation projects, inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fire alarm systems.
Responsibilities
- Preparation, assembly, programming set‑up and verification of new fire alarm systems
- Inspection, service, and troubleshooting of existing fire alarm systems
- Work with CAN/ULC standards S524, S536, and S537
- Possess or be willing to obtain CFAA certification (asset)
- Prepare thorough reports and inspection documentation
- Program fire panels
- Operate specialized test tools
- Work comfortably at heights on ladders and lifts, in attics and crawl spaces, and lift 50+ lbs
- Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills
- Self‑motivated and focused on excellent customer service
- Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
