The Financial Operations Analyst is a key member of the team responsible for providing excellent customer service through the accurate and timely control of the reception and emission of the billing process.

As a primary point of contact for questions related to the invoicing process from both internal and external stakeholders, the analyst must provide accurate information related to billed and unbilled invoices, billing process delays, process status for fuel suppliers, provide physical and electronic documentation when requested, and collaborate directly with the commercial departments to comply with customer and supplier requirements.
