Finishing Technician Requirements:
- Experience with hand assembly, sanding, polishing, painting, or surface preparation preferred.
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to work around manufacturing equipment and moving machinery.
- Good visual acuity, including color vision and depth perception.
