A leading main contractor is seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join the team on a high-spec commercial office refurbishment in the heart of the City of London.
This is a prominent CAT A/B refurbishment for a contractor with a strong pipeline of work across London. They need a hands-on finishing specialist who can drive quality through the closing stages of the project and deliver a snag-free handover.
The role
Reporting to the Site/Project Manager, you'll take ownership of the finishing phase, managing trades, sequencing the works, and holding subcontractors to the standard the client expects on a premium City scheme.
