• Proactively identify members’ financial goals and provide advice and solutions to support their achievement.
• Provide account, investment and lending products within scope, including memberships, lines of credit, consumer investment products, non‑complex consumer lending products, cards, registered products, safety deposit boxes, mobile banking solutions and day‑to‑day banking needs.
• Conduct proactive outreach activities to educate members and prospective members on the value and function of our products and services.
