Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to Financial Planning Partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service.
- Prepare client documentation and maintain accurate client records.
- Process new business applications and manage client onboarding.
- Perform FICA and AML administration.
- Liaise with product providers regarding client transactions and queries.
- Monitor new business, policy transfers, and commission payments.
- Maintain accurate client information on Xplan.
- Prepare documentation for client reviews and portfolio reporting.
- Assist with diary management, client meetings, and office administration.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience within the financial services industry.
