Financial Planning and Reporting Analyst

Purpose

Provide planning and reporting service for selected areas of the business, as well as support with implementation of new consolidation and planning (EPM) system.

Responsibilities

• Financial reporting and analysis related to monthly reporting, closing activities and analysis for selected areas of the business
• Forecasting and planning processes
• Analysis, reconciliation and project activities related to new EPM system implementation
• Continuous improvement and efficiency gain through automatization and Copilot/AI tools
• Analysis and ad-hoc finance tasks and projects

Required Expertise

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related business degree
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Structured, efficient, analytical, with ability to both own and coordinate activities
