Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements, forecasts, and executive-level reporting.
Manage the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles across departments.
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and operational planning.
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive business outcomes.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements; implement new accounting standards as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial literacy and ensure consistent application of FP&A processes.
Oversee financial audits and coordinate with external auditors.
