This team serves as an independent financial oversight function, partnering closely with Finance, Vendor Management, Legal, and business stakeholders to drive budget discipline, commercial accountability, and effective governance across vendor relationships. Through rigorous analysis, oversight, and challenge, the team helps ensure that vendor investments deliver value, align with contractual commitments, and support the evolving needs of the business.
