SUMMARY:
Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement a financial plan that is in line with company goals.
• Supervise forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Make that all tax, regulatory, and IFRS/GAAP regulations are followed.
• Control capital structure, funding methods, and cash flow.
• Oversee internal controls, audit procedures, and risk management.
• Provide financial performance and strategic opportunity advice to the CEO and Board.
• Develop and oversee the finance staff.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in finance , Accounting , or related field. Professional qualification ( CA(SA) , CPA, ACCA, or CIMA). MBA or postgraduate qualification (advantageous).
