Financial Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the company's financial operations.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to management.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, statutory requirements and accounting standards.
• Develop and improve financial controls and processes.
• Manage cash flow, financial reporting and reconciliations.
• Liaise with auditors, financial institutions and other key stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team.
• Support strategic business decisions through sound financial analysis and reporting.

• Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 35 years' experience in a Financial Manager role.
