Financial Manager

Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the company's financial operations. Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, budgets and forecasts. Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to management. Ensure compliance with financial policies, statutory requirements and accounting standards. Develop and improve financial controls and processes. Manage cash flow, financial reporting and reconciliations. Liaise with auditors, financial institutions and other key stakeholders. Lead, mentor and develop the finance team. Support strategic business decisions through sound financial analysis and reporting. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field. Minimum 35 years' experience in a Financial Manager role.
